Nala

🐾Introducing social and energetic, Nala. Nala is 10 months old. She is a darling, lighter colored, small Golden Retriever. She makes the cutest sounds when carrying around her toys. Nala is in foster with our executive director and is doing well.

🐾What we know-she is awesome with every dog she’s met. She’s good on walks with a harness. She has been mostly pottied trained. She will whine when she wants to go out. She is a voracious eater.

🐾She’s very active and will gently mouth your hands for attention or a ball. She’ll need some training. She paws at the counter if she thinks she’s getting a snack but minds well when told no. She hops up on couches and beds. She’s very docile with humans and other dogs. She’s an athlete and an excellent swimmer.

🐾These sweet sisters were surrendered to IDGRR because the owners are moving out of the state to a smaller space. Nala will need to be spayed. IDGRR will pay for this at SNIP or Idaho Humane Society if the adopter is unable to pay for it.

🐾They had been raised as outside dogs and slept in a climate controlled garage. They are crate trained, and have been trained on Halo collars. They have been living with free rein of a very large amount of property and chase ducks.

🐾 They have been raised with many kids as young as 2, 4, 6, and 8.

🐾They are incredibly sweet and loving youngsters. They have not been raised around cats and did chase ducks/birds/chickens on their property.
